IF true I hope some org sues as this is a bad precident to leave on the books. It will have a domino effect ad that is a given. No compromise is the only way to keep the ROW ' open. Period.

Every beach association in R.I. will use this ruling to close every right of way that they do not like.

Being nice is not a virtue it is Idiocy.
