IT is kind of interesting that everyone who buys the place and tries to hinder access goes out of business. HTe sea gul which was the last successful operation there welcomesd fishermen adn trived.

The next guy got territorial and went out of busisness.

People spread the word about thier selfish attitude and they get what they give. Nothing.

Old fashioned neighborliness works for business and the opposite bears bad fruit.
