I would like to know too. In the past couple of weeks I have visited and fished the Moosup in RI (very low water and little flow when I was there), the Wood river at Barberville dam, the Swift river (MA) and the Willimantic (CT). I have not seen much activity in all these places (most at the swift), but I've been to them only once so far. I guess the key in summer is to find the deeper holes; in many spots the rivers have had not much water (a foot or less).
Ken, where are you fishing for trout? Blackstone still? I haven't been there for a few weeks.
