Thank you very much for that info. I think I am going to pick that book up. I have heard that Bonefish (Oio) are more of a heavy / rocky cliff surf fish in Hawaii than a flats fish (becuase there arent great quantities of flats). I have heard of Ulua or the smaller one Popio, which I think are related to a Jack Crevalle. Geez how I would like to hook into one of those on a fly rod. (Hopefully a small one as I dont want to break my gear either.) Have you had any luck fishing in Kauai? I have also heard that the wind is an issue. Is it any more of an issue than it would be in Rhode Island? Thank you
