Subject: Margarita & Los Roques

I will be in Margarita Island, off the coast of Venzuela, the last week of February. Any insight into the fisheries there or off the nearby Los Roques islands would be appreciated. I have never fished anywhere besides the New England coast, so any and all tips/hints/suggestions will be welcomed.
