It's halfway between a float tube and a kayak, perfect for streams, ponds, rivers, and, yes, the ocean. This Otter comes with tons of accessories -- the oarlock system (including vvvvery nice break-apart Carlisle oars, oar locks and oar stands), seat, rear basket (for cooler full o' suds...), front stripping basket, tackle bag, duffel bag (holds the boat in its taken-down state), inflation pump (the best, the quickest I've ever seen: does both pontoons in a matter of minutes), and the foot brace. I'll also be including the official set-up instructions. One thing you'll want to note, and this is very important: the Otter uses a fixed oaring system, which is vasty superior to those pontoon boats using any other kind of rigging: accept no substitutes. Total retail cost of this craft: $870, not including shipping. My price: $325. If you're seriously interested, drop me an email at floete@cox.net. Must be picked up in Narragansett, RI.
