Sean- Went to place an order on the SnowbeeUSA website for the XS Saltwater 9wt floater- put in all my data correctly and clicked the order button- told me order hadn't processed, and to try again- tried two more times, after which it said gotta wait 'til later to try again. Then checked my online banking account to see if charges from SnowbeeUSA had been posted to my account (in hindsight, should have done this after the FIRST failed attempt at ordering)- now have THREE identical pending charges from them for the same line! I then tried to phone them at the phone # listed on their website- was told WRONG NUMBER by heavily accented individual the first time I called- double checked # and tried again- got same person as first time, who then informed me I was calling THE PHILLIPINES (and NOT California!). Will have to resort to sending them an e-mail to try to straighten out the issue with the triple billing, but I wanted to post to make sure nobody else tried to call the number on their website (626-320-0810, unless they wish to speak to a pleasant but clueless person in the Phillipines.
