As a fly-tying newbie, I feel extremely qualified to respond to this. ;-)

So:
Some Ray's flies and variants
Some flatwings.
Some sparse sand eels, 1"-4"
Some clam worms (Orange Ruthless)
Some Eel Punts, 6"- as big as you can
Some Big Eelies
Some squid
And my new, just tied it favorite, September Night
