In my new box I'd put a

razzle dazzle with attention to the inch-long flash tail

black or red marabou worm fly tied very full with a long tail, to be pruned on the water to match what's in the water

a pattern to suggest anything small: a dozen marabou fibers tied as a wing on a small hook

a small hook wrapped with white or red or pink thread with a little black dubbing and a few bucktail fibers tied at the bend.
