this is good to hear. thank you. these past number of nights have been graced with a couple fish, although few and far between. i have been playing the split shot game. how much and where and when and why. what exactly are my flies doing? and more impotantly, what exactly are the fish doing? there have been many more questions than answers, but it is comforting to hear these thoughts on flies and presentation. from this gut i have caught fish on 9" large multicolored flashy presences and 2" monocromatic bits. i am going to do some trout fishing research.
