cold weather lines

Subject: cold weather lines

I've been using the Rio Outbound and it works well. The problem is when the air is cold, the line feels more like a weedwacker line than a fly line. I've seen a lot of "cold water" lines but I think the cold air is more the issue here. Anyone have any line suggestions for the 28-40 degree air temp range or is the stiffness something I will just have to deal with? I'm looking for a winter fishing line. Thanks!
