Went down to a local spot just as it was gettin dark and found hundreds of pogies. They were not alone.You could here the pogies smacking the surace and the every couple of miniutes there was that unmistakable sound of a bass crashing in on them. the bass that were feasting on them were not small either. didnt get a look at them because it was too dark, but judging by the sound they were keepers. I got my rod out and took a few casts but not hit and i was tied so i went home.
