got into some big fish last night on the spin rod. up to 42". biggest one engulfed a big white rattling spook twitched very slowly at low slack tide. clear skies and very little wind, from the NW. thought i would give the nightime top water a try...glad i did. air temps were in the low 40's. plenty of fish around, at times there were hits on every cast. for some reason i didn't catch anything under 30".
