I did post it but, alas, it is lost among the spam weeds.

Hook: Partridge single Wilson #6 (in this case a CS54 shrimp hook)
Thread: Black
Body: Rear 1/3 black floss, remainder black seal
Rib: Flat silver tinsel followed by med. silver oval tinsel
Hackle: Black schlappen, one side stripped and palmered
Collar: Black schlappen followed by natural guinnea hen
Wing: 4 black hackle tips

Hogan suggests many color combinations are possible.
