Great!!!
The house should be buried in mail otherwise it will never happen.
Get save the bay into it and anybody else with clout and savy.
Stripers forever should be informed and the groups in New Jersey, Conn. and New York too.
They already did it down there and they know how, (a political strategy) to get it done.
They sould also restrict dragging to privatly owned boats of less thean sixty feet that can only fish for 10 hours a day with very small nets that do not touch the bottom in the waters of the state of R.I. in designated private claim areas that they have to pay for fishing rights within that are restricted to one state licenced boat per area per year.
That works to restore the fish and the habitat by the way.
