Ken sorry if I am critizing people, I just get frustrated because I have been on this at least since 1999 , both the menhaden, and the herring projects,editorials, e-mails to State Officials, Save the Bay, RISAA. From Listed, and State officals I have not recieved any replies since a reply indirectly from Michael Lapiski of the DEM going back to April 28,2005, funds suposedly set aside in the Governor's Capitol Budget, I am assuming this was 2005 budget with funds from 2004 Bond issue. I am just trying to find where did the money go? No answers have been forth coming. I guess everything is hush hush. if interested about the dams I think this has a project review.
