If Wenley is still at Save The Bay you might want to see if she remembers the grant from a private trust (Pew Charitable Trust maybe), methinks about 8 to 10 years ago that was intended to be used as matching funds to get USF&WS (Sportfish Restoration) monies for the Ten Mile River.
