Only in RI. I tried contacting Save the Bay by e-mail no response. This time around from the Governor on down to the DEM no response. I really got a positive response from the US Army Corp of Engineers about the project, it is a go for construction start maybe on May 8,2008. I asked them to start at the Turner Dam rather than the Omega Dam as the herring should be in the proccess of trying to run up the river. The chief engineer said to me "good idea".
