Robert, I watched the current from Middle Bridge (over the Narrow River) last night. There were grass shrimp and baitfish swimming about. I couldn't see the baitfish well enough to identify them; they looked to be up to three inches long and swam singly, not in schools. There were also some very big worms, up to six inches long, a sort of pale red color in my spot light, drifting with (and writhing in) the current. There were quite a few crabs, big and small, in the shallows against the rocks on the edge of the channel.
I did not see any bass feeding but that's probably because I didn't wait long enough. Plenty of bait.
