Subject: seals

Anyone know why the seals show up at the same time every year in Narragansett Bay, January/February. Same thing in November. Those creatures look too well fed to be starving themselves on the rocks off the Naval base in newport. Must be something around for them to eat. Anyone know for sure of what they are after?
