I was about to bring up the birds. I look for large gulls hanging around low tide and YOU KNOW THEY ARE THERE when the corrmorants just don't leave a spot.
Adult menhaden have move in around here. I also saw two 3-inch fish against the sod bank the other night with my light which did not scare them. I didn't recognize them. Maybe little weakfish.
