Hi Brian this board is an archive board not for posting.

I will andswer but I am going to take it off in afew days.

I would try a 10 weith line or an 11 for starters. You sound like you are casting well alrady with what you have. can you can eaily short and medium?

Do you have to use double hauls and lots of backcasts?
Youmay find a lot more ease in casting with a balanced outfit and you may find that you can cast far with a lot less effort with a heavier line.

I am going to move your post and my answer to the fly casting board next week.
