The theory is a great start point. Now I have a better understanding of the dynamics of things. After that, it's experimentation to see how the two interact in the real world.

There seems to be a school of thought that a needle should be more tail weighted. That the relationship between the tail weighting and the shape of the head give the plug its action. Or something like that. Got to do some more invetigating of that theory, too.
