Rate of fall is a trigger and it varies from day to day and night to night and sometimes hour to hour.

Slow even fal is of a different order and is not a trigger in the same way but is a finesse energy.

Rate of fall is a trigger slow hover is a finesse energy.

Not the same but both are very deadly even at the same time. But rate of fall is specific as to the time and the wrong rate of fall for the time will not trigger. And then ther is size and color, and then there is...
