Subject: Cypress - hand whittling |

Question for John (or others) on sources for Cypress. After seeing your handcarved versions of Kenny's cypress plug at the Spey day I was keen to give it a try.
I found plenty of cypress "Pen blanks" on eBay but they are only 5 1/8" long. Thats fine for smaller plugs but wondering where to find some longer lengths - 7" or so ...
Any help would be much appreciated - I really want to give this a go.
