I was not able to use it at all. I found the way of measuring skewed to fast action and underling rods.
I was excited when I first heard about it and got my pennies and did what was recommended but... I think it is not a good system as there is no fixed measure of comparison. No fixed anything no bench mark.
I think the old method that Cortland used was much simpler and more accurate and totally superior.
That is only my opinion however but I have no faith in that method. I wanted to.
Nothing replaces trying out the line on the rod before the label is put on however.
Absolutely nothing.
