I use a Airflo 400 grain line on my T&T Horizon 9wt II to fish the Flats of Monomoy. Yes, I'm considered a heretic. Who cares the fish don't. I then will use a Intermediate line. I'll be trying a floater this season. I just got a Spey rod and that's a whole new ballgame for me . Starting off with a RIO 550 Skagit line . The rod is a cannon. The Spey Day at the Canal was a huge help to me in getting this rod dialed in. FishHawk
