had much the head of the line in pretty good shape lying around the workshop....spliced back onto the running line and now i have a shooting head for my 6wt which is perfect for the some of the lake fishing i do in my neck of the woods....i'm also guessing to will make a great bass/kayak fishing line as well although that's not on my agenda at the moment
