Subject: Back to my roots!

Was vacationing with my family up in NH at the outlaws-they live on a
355 acre warmwater lake, that sees very little fishing pressure. I got to
spend quite a bit of time with my 5 year old son on the canoe, and
fishing was pretty good. The first morning we went out, he picked up
a nice pickerel on a chart/green/;orange rooster tail along a weed line,
and was tickled. He was even more interested in the fact that when we
cleaned it, we found an intact crayfish in its stomach. We did pretty
well fishing over the course of the week, smallies, lagremouth, pickerel
and perch. The week definitey brought me back to the simple days
when I used to do the same thing with my dad in our 12 foot sears
gamefisher, and how I will always treasure those times, as I hope my
son someday will.
