I guide for Musky on the Chippewa and Flambeau Rivers in North West Wisconsin. We have allot of Muskies that are willing to take a fly. In the spring we use 3" to 5" flies and up to 10" in the fall. You will find most Muskies feed early and late. If you fish the shallow water next to the banks in the mornings and move into deeper water mid day. Muskie's are very aggressive and will take large poppers and divers. Muskies also like to hold at the top and the outlet of deep pools, you can also find them in deeper riffles and runs. We fish all the way into the fall until the river banks start to ice up.
