Thanks Joe. I might have to try that tape thing until I get comfortable.

I have thrown aerodynamic plugs around 2oz very well on that rod. If you're saying lobing big plugs is the way to go, then I don't have as much to worry about. Lobbing I can do.

Do you find the conventional setup to be useful with working all styles of plugs or is it better with certain types than others?
