Merch you want all the weight to the rear off the plug, what I meant about the split is place some weights below the split and some above, to enable all the weight to be closer to the rear. If your using the 1/4 oz. egg weights and your looking to add an ounce put 2 below and 2 above. As far as the weights moving around there's not much room inside so they generally stay put on their own. I will pack cotton inside the hole so the epoxy has something to cling to as it dries.
