We fished a new spot in the lower Thames last night. This spot had a few street lights close enough so that you could see fish following and hitting. Quite often you would see larger fish following a hooked fish. For the first two hours of the tide, it was fish on every cast, then they moved out with the current. A good number were 26"-32". There are still some blues as we caught 3 to 9lbs. I had a large bass take a lot of line on a very tight drag, but found something to break me off on. All in all, another good night of "winter fishing"
