Subject: New Rod Good Striper

Christened my newly built fly rod using a discontinued Pacbay tradition blank. It's good karma found this keeper on May Day night . The stripers have finally made it into the bays of Long Island and are on the large menhaden schools. I used a 9" red/yellow squidsicle with a bunker retrieve at low outgoing on a flat.
