first off let me say that most of the stories posted here are laughable and assinine.... i get the humor in them. But remember fantasism swings both ways, which is my way of saying that I'm not buying all of your 'yeah i lose count after 4' 's. And if that is the case then maybe I feel a bit of pity for you. Sometimes it fun to count your fish...sometimes it a way of capturing the absurdity of a transcendant fishing day (although maybe cause my primary fishery is landlocks and trouts the numbers days are harder to come by than ye of the land of shad and striper). I can tell you the day before my daugter was born I caught 15 trout (and yes they were wild) on the same parchute adams....I didn't know my wife was going to go into labor that night but it had been a long rainy summer and it was the first time that the stream in question was fishable and the fishing was so hot that for whatever reason i kept count and now it's something i'll have for ever.
