The great egrets and black and yellow crowned night herons have moved back home. The salt marsh was loaded with them this evening. Each egret was set up about 50 feet away from each other patiently fishing. At least they practice good fishing etiquette. I'm very fortunate to live on a salt marsh here in CT. The wildlife is nothing but spectacular. Finally the marsh is waking up from its long winter's nap.
