Stop in R.I. once in a while. The Tuesday nights are not restricted to fly only by any means.

There are some very sophisticated finesse and plug fishermen who come on a regular basis.
They are good, experienced high liners not the cast and reel and hope a fish commits suicide types.
The expertise is there for the picking if you want to learn about it.
