Since you're bringing up old tricks...

Does anyone have any experience with the old Tony Acceta "Rag Mop"? I see references to these things occationally. Looks like a lead head with a long chain attached to it with fur down the sides of the chain.

They look really interesting. How were they used? What was the premise behind them?
