I've been through many lights, my current favor is a WalMart special from RayOvac. At $12 with tax, it is O ring sealed, uses 3 AAA and has a red LED(first position), white LED(second position) and a Krypton bulb (third position). My only minor complaint is that the Kyrpton bulb uses juice fast. I have one in the garage, the boat, the car and my surf bag.
