For the life of me I can't understand it. Besides the obvious, those who can't. Since most people work during the day, you would think that striper fisherman would LOVE the fact that nighttime IS the right time. It always amazes me the number of people targeting stripers that don't fish at night. When I tell them the things we do and WHEN we do them they look like I just asked them if they saw the UFO's land last night.
