What about Bob Popavics Cotton Candy I think that it is all synthetic and BIG From what I have seen it works. And Capt. Jim White did an article in 2002 I think about fishing for Big Stripers with some all synthetic flies with worm rattles tied in them the article was about how to catch Big Stripers but he did cover some of the flies he use's and Capt Conway Bowman fish's for Mako sharks with assw synthetic fly's I think and if I rember correctly the first Great White caught on fly was an all synthetic job these are some of the things that I have read over the past few years not that I have tried my all synthetic fly's work but still need more feild testing and would be fly rod lure's I think anyway.
